He is the eldest son of Virgilio C. Amaro and Josefina M. Amaro. He was born in Pasay City on June 10, 1984, and growned up in Cavite. He study in Bulihan Sites & Services Project Elemenary School on 1991- 97. Jaybee spent his first (lst) year class in Dasmariñas National High School, And his second (2nd) year in United High School in Caramoan Camrines Sur in Bicol Region. He graduated fourth (4th) year in Dasmariñas National High School.

Jaybee is a dancer, his group name is Octobeat Movers. When he transfered in General Trias, he teach dance some of his friends. He also played guitar when he was with his friend.
